The Full Monty

Book by Terrence McNally, Music and Lyrics by David Yazbek

Directed by Patrick Wilson

The steel industry has collapsed in Buffalo, leaving thousands of men jobless as women become the new breadwinners. Seeing how the women of the town are spending their new assets gives Jerry Lukowski a brilliant but controversial idea. He gathers six men with nothing to lose and encourages them to go where no steelworker has gone before.

From January to February 2016, I worked on Carnegie Mellon's production of The Full Monty. During this process I got to work with a large and passionate cast and creative team alongside our director, Emmy, Golden Globe, and Tony-nominated member of the original Broadway cast, Patrick Wilson. In addition to production research and rehearsal room dramaturgy, I created a Choose Your Own Adventure computer game for the cast to play and, once the show opened, lead multiple successful audience talkbacks, including one that solely featured Patrick and myself.
